Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday, business days only, within 24 hours from order confirmation.

Il Bisonte only ships using EXPRESS delivery.

Delivery estimates 1-2 business days transit. Deliveries will take place during business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders may be subject to delays in shipping and delivery during the holidays: January 1st, January 6th, Easter, Easter Monday, April 25th, May 1st, June 2nd, August 15th, November 1st, December 8th, December 25th, December 26th.

All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Shipping costs may vary according to the shipping Country.

The countries Il Bisonte provides delivery service to are listed. All other countries are excluded.

When your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your purchase details and a tracking number to track your package.

If you are a registered user you can check your orders by logging in to your account and selecting My Account.

If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours please check your junk e-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click not junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

We are happy to deliver your goods to your home address, working address or somebody else's address at your own convenience.

If the first attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left from the courier.

After the final attempt the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

Once the order is processed you will not be able to modify the delivery address anymore.

We accept credit cards and Paypal. Founds will be deducted at order's confirmation.

If one of the items you ordered is not available we will contact you by email and you will be refunded.

Purchase on Il Bisonte is for final consumer only.

The same item may vary in price depending on the Country.

Orders may be done in a different Country from the one you live in. Items purchased in a different Country website will only be delivered to that Country.

An invoice will be issued for every order and it will be attached to the confirmation email.

Once the order has been confirmed, we are unable to edit your details or re-issue the invoice.

In case of temporary availability of special offer, please note that it will not be applied to past orders, nor will the cost be refund.

If you are unhappy with your purchase You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery.

We will process your return as soon as it arrives to our warehouse and check that return requirements are complied with.

Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, refund amount and estimated date of refund.

The time needed to process your refund may vary based on your bank.

Reimbursement includes item cost and potential shipping costs included in your invoice.

To request a return, simply log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and view the order you wish to return items from, then select “Details” and click “Return”. Once you filled the form click on “Save”.

If you don't have an account, you may request your return from “Contact us” or by sending an email to customercare@ilbisonte.com indicating order number, item's code and reason for return (discretionary).

Once the procedure is completed you will receive an email with the shipping label to be attached to the box in addition to the proforma invoice. The proforma invoice should be filled in with the RM number assigned by our customer service and given to the courier upon collection.

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and all labels are intact.

Furthermore, items must be shipped with original packaging, considered to be integral part of product, so that it's properly protected during carriage.

However, if original packaging is not available anymore, a bos with similar dimensions and features may be used.

Return request may be done excusively by the person who made the order and the shipping may be only done from the Country in which the order was placed.
