REFUND
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, refund amount and estimated date of refund.
The time needed to process your refund may vary based on your bank.
Reimbursement includes item cost and potential shipping costs included in your invoice.

To request a return, simply log in to your account, go to “My Orders” and view the order you wish to return items from, then select “Details” and click “Return”. Once you filled the form click on “Save”. |

If you don't have an account, you may request your return from Contact usf or by sending an email to customercare@ilbisonte.com indicating order number, item's code and reason for return (discretionary) |

Once the procedure is completed you will receive an email with the shipping label to be attached to the box. |

Return items must be shipped within 14 days from delivery, unused and with intact labels. Furthermore, items must be shipped with original packaging, considered to be integral part of product, so that it's properly protected during carriage. However, if original packaging is not available anymore, a bos with similar dimensions and features may be used. |

Return request may be done excusively by the person who made the order and the shipping may be only done from the Country in which the order was placed. |
