Il Bisonte only ships using EXPRESS delivery.
DELIVERIES
Delivery estimates 1-2 business days transit. Deliveries will take place during business hours, from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders may be subject to delays in shipping and delivery during the holidays:

Orders may be delayed in shipping and delivery in the event of unexpected events, natural disasters, health emergencies.

Shipping costs may vary according to the shipping Country. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

TRACK YOUR ORDER
When your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your purchase details and a tracking number to track your package.
If you are a registered user you can check your orders by logging in to your account and selecting My Account.
If you do not receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours please check your junk e-mail folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the confirmation message and click not junk, which will allow future messages to get through.

SHIPPING
We are happy to deliver your goods to your home address, working address or somebody else's address at your own convenience.
The courier will try multiple attempts to deliver your parcel, depending on shipping Country. If the fisrt attempt to deliver is unsuccessful, a delivery notice will be left from the courier. After the final attempt the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Once the order is processed you will not be able to modify the delivery address anymore.
